These Terms of Service govern access to and use of https://www.eurotrons.com operated by EuroTrons. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to request quotes or place orders. Business purchasers represent they are authorized to bind their organization.

The static catalog does not require user registration to browse. Any future account features will be subject to supplemental terms communicated at launch.

Product Information and Pricing

Product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are compiled from manufacturer materials and archived listings. Hardware specifications may change without notice. Published prices are indicative until confirmed in a written quote or invoice.

EuroTrons may correct errors, cancel orders affected by manifest pricing mistakes, and limit quantities to prevent reseller abuse or inventory allocation issues.

Cryptocurrency mining profitability depends on coin prices, difficulty, electricity costs, and uptime. We do not guarantee mining returns. Drones and mixed-reality devices may require licenses, registration, or airspace authorization in your jurisdiction.

Orders, Payment, and Fulfillment

An order is accepted only when we send written confirmation and payment instructions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for compliance, credit, or supply reasons.

Risk of loss passes according to agreed Incoterms or carrier terms stated on the invoice. You are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and notifying us promptly of visible damage.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the site to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, scrape content in a manner that impairs site operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Automated harvesting of pricing for competitive harm without permission is prohibited. Search engines and legitimate partners may index public pages according to robots.txt.

Intellectual Property

Site design, compiled catalog text, logos, and original graphics are owned by EuroTrons or licensors. Manufacturer names, product names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

You may not reproduce substantial portions of the site for commercial republication without written consent, except for fair use or mandatory legal exceptions.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuroTrons is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits arising from site use or product performance.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site or a transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid EuroTrons for the specific order giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.

Indemnification and Governing Law

You agree to indemnify EuroTrons against claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where EuroTrons maintains its primary business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

Returns and Cancellations

Custom-configured or drop-shipped hardware may not be returnable once supplier order IDs are issued. Return eligibility, restocking fees, and RMA authorization requirements are communicated in writing before payment. Buyers must retain original packaging for carrier damage claims.

Cancellations requested before shipment may be honored if suppliers permit allocation changes. After tracking numbers are issued, standard transit and return policies apply.

Force Majeure

EuroTrons is not liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control including supplier shortages, export holds, natural disasters, labor disputes, carrier failures, or government actions. During such events we will communicate revised timelines when information becomes available.

Governing Interpretation

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only. If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.

Translations of these Terms, if provided, are for convenience; the English version controls in case of conflict unless local law requires otherwise for consumer contracts.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EuroTrons regarding site use unless superseded by a signed purchase agreement for a specific order.
